Martin ("Marty") Collins has been specializing in Matrimonial Law and Family Law for over 30 years. He served as Law Guardian (also known as "Attorney for the Child") and represented children in custody/visitation cases and in neglect/abuse cases in Family Court for over 30 years.           Marty was born and raised in the city of Syracuse, NY. He graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 1986 and has been an upstanding member of the New York State Bar Association since 1987. Prior to opening his solo law practice, Marty was a partner in the law firm of Mangano, Lucchesi & Collins for 28 years. A recipient of the Hon. Michael F. Dillon Law Guardian Award, he currently lives with his wife of 30 years and their two daughters.          Whether your case is simple or complex, contested or uncontested, Marty will listen carefully to your needs and goals before offering advice.
